Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-end, trendy, and functional designs for kids' clothing, considering factors such as materials, comfort, durability, and global trends in kids' fashion.
  • Develop and adapt styles to suit specific market demands, ensuring products are cost-effective and manufacturable at scale.
  • Collaborate with sourcing teams to select fabrics suitable for children, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Prepare detailed sketches, patterns, and technical specifications for production teams, working closely with sample makers to develop prototypes.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in kids wear design, preferably in a senior creative director position.
  • Strong knowledge of kids' fashion trends, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

What We Offer:
In return for your expertise and passion, we offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per annum, commensurate with your level of experience.
