Project Leader Role

A Project Leader at our organization oversees the execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting requirements. This role involves developing project plans, involving stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.

Key responsibilities include coordinating resources and vendors, developing detailed project schedules, and using verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of project management tools like Microsoft Project, Agile methodologies, and IAM systems.

In addition to project management skills, this role requires excellent communication skills, solid organizational skills, and attention to detail. A technical background, preferably in computer science or engineering, is essential for this position.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution
    • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
    • Ensure resource availability and allocation
    • Develop detailed project plans to track progress
    • Use verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Requirements:
    • Great educational background, preferably in computer science or engineering
    • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
    • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
