Workday Technical Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and resourceful individual to join our team as a Workday Technical Consultant.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience in designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions using Workday software. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be able to communicate complex ideas clearly, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and maintaining integrations between Workday and external systems.
  • Configuring and managing calculated fields, XSLT/XML transformations, and integration strategies.
  • Performing data conversions, migrations, and interface development.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver Workday solutions.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting services.
  • Building and supporting APIs and middleware integrations.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder).
  • Proficiency in Workday Studio (complex integrations).
  • Familiarity with Core/Payroll Connectors.
  • Understanding of calculated fields and XSLT/XML transformations.
  • Experience with Web Services (SOAP/REST).

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and fundamentals.
  • Project experience in at least two HR functional areas: HR Core, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, Time & Absence.
