Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced AI engineer who can help us develop cutting-edge solutions for finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and productionize large-scale LLMs, RAG pipelines, and autonomous agents.
  • Mentor and grow a team of AI engineers, guiding technical design reviews and code quality.
  • Partner closely with Product, Data, and Customer teams to translate finance use cases into robust, scalable solutions.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience building backend services in Python or Node.js.
  • Deep knowledge of LLMs and expertise in API design (REST, GraphQL) and relational databases.
  • Cutting-edge knowledge of code generation and prompting techniques.
  • Experience working with NextJS, AWS, Neo4j, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Top-tier institutes preferred.
  • Experience building fintech software and working in a large enterprise/big tech environment.
