  • Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure cohesive integration of individual schedules into the overarching project timeline

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field

  • 12 years of experience with 6 years of hospitality experience
  • Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software
  • Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and other equivalent
  • Excellent project management and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices
  • Experience with PMC duties
