Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract law, EPC projects, and dispute resolution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution processes. They will also provide proactive legal advice on project execution, procurement, labor, environmental, and regulatory matters.

In addition, the Legal Manager will ensure compliance with applicable laws across multiple project jurisdictions. They will maintain legal documentation, licenses, and regulatory filings, and support audits, due diligence, and internal compliance initiatives.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Master of Laws (LLM) from a recognized university
  • Registration with Bar Council of India (mandatory)
  • Specialization or certification in contract law, construction law, or infrastructure law is an asset
Desirable Experience
  • 8–15 years of experience in legal roles, with a focus on contracts, EPC projects, and dispute resolution
  • Prior experience in infrastructure, construction, oil & gas, power, or renewable energy sectors is preferred
Essential Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of EPC contract structures, FIDIC conditions, and local/international contract law
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex legal issues under pressure
  • Strong analytical and documentation abilities
  • Familiarity with legal aspects of project finance and cross-border transactions is an asset
