Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Software QA Engineer to drive quality assurance and deliver exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases to ensure software quality.
  • Develop automated test frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and identify test scope, risks, and dependencies.
Test Execution & Analysis:
  • Execute manual and automated test cases, analyze test results, and identify defects for timely resolution.
  • Accurately record, track, and manage defects through their lifecycle using bug tracking systems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of issues and work closely with development teams for efficient resolution.
Automation Development & Maintenance:
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and delivery.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation frameworks and testing processes.
Process Improvement & Mentorship:
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to process improvements.
  • Drive quality best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers, providing guidance on testing techniques, tools, and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with various testing types, including functional, regression, integration, system, UAT.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language for automation.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools for web and/or API testing.
