Job Overview

As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable data pipelines and ETL processes. This role requires hands-on experience with data engineering tools such as Apache Airflow, Talend, Informatica, or similar.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Total experience of 5+ years in Data Engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala programming languages.
  • Deep understanding of Cloud Design Patterns and their implementation.
  • Experience working with Snowflake as a data warehouse solution and Power BI data integration.
  • Ability to work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources (APIs, databases, flat files, cloud platforms).
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, warehousing (e.g., Star/Snowflake schema), and relational database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
Responsibilities
  • Designing and developing scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
  • Writing and reviewing great quality code that meets the requirements.
  • Understanding client business use cases and technical requirements and converting them into technical designs.
  • Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, and NFRs.
  • Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements.
