Job Summary

The Consultant will own and execute HighRadius product implementations for Fortune 2000 clients.

This role is responsible for delivering projects with good quality, high value, and great customer satisfaction within project timelines.

The Consultant will interact regularly with clients and be the main Point of Contact during Build, Testing, and Hypercare phases of Highradius Product Implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out end-to-end client implementation of HighRadius Cloud products for Fortune 2000 companies across the globe.
  • Write SQL scripts for data gathering and configuration.
  • Execute projects through various phases including Requirement Gathering, Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, Go-live, and Hyper-care.
  • Bid on new opportunities while managing existing clients effectively.
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy projects with agreed KPIs.
  • Test process flows, drive adoption by giving end-user journey training, and validate value outcomes.
Skill & Experience Needed
  • 2-4 years of professional services experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree (preferably from a top reputed university).
  • Good understanding of SDLC processes and functional consulting experience.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, organizational, and collaboration skills.
