We are looking for a skilled Jira administrator with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in managing multiple projects and release trains in Jira. The role requires setting Jira standards, workflows, and integrations while supporting teams working in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and optimizing Jira/Confluence environments, defining standards, workflows, dashboards, and reports across projects. Additionally, they will support Agile Release Trains and Scrum of Scrums, including PI Planning boards.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize Jira/Confluence environments to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Define standards, workflows, dashboards, and reports across projects to facilitate collaboration and productivity.
  • Support Agile Release Trains and Scrum of Scrums to drive business outcomes.
  • Integrate Jira with tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines to enhance automation capabilities.
  • Provide coaching, training, and reports for stakeholders and leadership to promote knowledge sharing and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in Jira administration.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, customization, and automation.
  • Experience supporting Scaled Agile/SAFe programs.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and scripting.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with additional Agile tools and methodologies.
