We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team in Madurai, India.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale initiatives and leading high-performance teams.

The ideal candidate will have 8-14 years of relevant experience and possess expertise in .NET (latest versions), Java, ReactJS, REST APIs, SQL Server, Azure, CI/CD, containers, and test automation. A strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are also essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and enhance applications across the .NET, Java, Microservices, ReactJS, Databricks & Synapse stack.
  • Drive Agile practices through the full SDLC—architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with product, delivery, and leadership teams to resolve challenges and deliver value.
  • Champion team well-being, inclusion, and a strong engineering culture.
  • Support onboarding, coaching, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proven expertise with .NET (latest versions), Java, ReactJS, REST APIs, SQL Server
  • Experience in Azure, CI/CD, containers, and test automation
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in Agile environments and mentor teams
