Lease Management Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive paralegal to join our lease management team.

This entry-level role is ideal for recent law graduates looking to build a career in corporate legal operations, particularly in lease and contract management.

The successful candidate will support the end-to-end lease review and approval process for office, residential, and vehicle leases across global regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process lease-related queries and review requests via designated channels.
  • Assist in the initial review of business case drafts and lease agreements.
  • Coordinate with operations and regional legal teams during each stage of the lease review.
  • Support the lease team in routing business cases for approval from regional directors, managing directors, regional legal directors, and the executive committee.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B or equivalent).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
  • Basic understanding of contract law and lease agreements (training will be provided).
About the Role

This paralegal position involves supporting the entire lease review process. The paralegal will receive and process lease-related queries and review requests, assist in reviewing business case drafts and lease agreements, and coordinate with various teams throughout the process.
