Job Title: SAP Financial Accounting Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI/RE-FX professional with strong expertise in Lease Accounting (IFRS16) and SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with experience in preparing documentation and leading SAP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience in SAP FI / RE-FX – Lease In and Lease Out, with a focus on IFRS16 compliance.
  • Involved in business requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solutioning.
  • Participate in and lead discussions with internal and external business/functional teams.
  • Design and configure SAP solutions to meet business needs.
  • Create Business Process Documents, Key Data Structures, Functional Specifications, User Manuals, and Training Materials.
  • Application development of Real Estate Lease-in contracts with adherence to IFRS16, HGB, and Local GAAP valuation principles.
  • Conduct Unit Testing (UT), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Data Migration activities.

Additional Skills:

  • Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SD, or CO).
  • Exposure to S/4HANA environments.
  • Understanding of automation tools or accelerators for Lease Accounting compliance.
