About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Consolidation Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and timely consolidated standalone books of accounts & financial reports.
  • Review and issue Consolidated and Standalone Balance Sheet Profit and Loss Statement Cash Flow Statement Statement of Changes in Equity and Notes to accounts as per Indian accounting standards and Schedule III for period-end close process.
  • Comply with SEBI LODR guidelines.
  • Obtain data for RPT compliance.
  • Account for critical aspects ESOP Business combinations Trade deposits etc.
  • Maintain high accuracy in financial data representation and ensure timely error-free statutory financial reporting.
  • Review Related Party Transactions Schedule/reconciliation at period-end for accurate consolidation of financials.
  • Reason analysis key variances before circulation.
  • Assist internal external auditors resolve queries related to consolidation.
  • Provide recommendations to improve current Consolidation process reducing Turn-Around-Time (TAT) of process to improve reporting speed efficiency.
Required Skills:
  • 1-2 years experience in financial reporting process preferably same/similar industry.
  • Knowledge experience SAP S4 HANA ERP system.
  • Sound understanding various Financial Accounting Standards local global Accounting Principles.
  • Expert tools systems Financial Consolidation.
