Job Description:

This role involves managing Paid Digital campaigns for ecommerce and lead generation clients. The ideal candidate will be part of a high-performing team that prioritises quality over quantity.

As a remote specialist, you'll work with clear briefs and strategy direction from our Australian team members. Your job will be to execute to a high standard, ask questions when needed, and continually learn.

Shopify experience is highly valued in this position.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads. They should have worked with both ecommerce and lead generation clients and be fluent in English.

  • Campaign Management: Plan, set up, launch, and optimise campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Pmax) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Build and Maintain Account Structures: Develop account structures that support efficient testing and long-term scale.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay on top of algorithm changes, audience trends, and platform updates.
  • Conversion Tracking & Platform Integration: Set up, test and maintain conversion tracking across platforms (GA4, Meta, Google Ads).
  • Troubleshoot and Refine Attribution Setups.
  • Work with Shopify Integrations: Work with Shopify integrations, conversion APIs, and tagging systems.
  • Performance Optimisation: Manage budgets, bids, ROAS targets, and pacing.
  • Optimise for Client Goals: Optimise for CPL, CPA, or ROAS depending on client goals.
  • Use Data and Creative Testing: Use a mix of data and creative testing to improve results over time.
  • Client Communication & Reporting: Create short videos to explain strategy, wins, or performance issues.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare reports with clear, meaningful insights.
  • Bring Ideas to Internal Calls: Bring ideas to internal calls on client performance, rather than just reporting what happened.
About the Role:
  • 5+ years of experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Worked with both ecommerce and lead generation clients.
  • Fluent in English — both spoken and written.
  • Confident setting up conversion tracking, including GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Events.
  • Comfortable navigating Shopify and understand how to connect and optimise ad tracking.
