Job Title: Digital Integration Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration between various systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on expert in API-based testing using Postman, Blaze Meter, or similar tools.
  • Proficient in unified end-to-end observability tools like Dynatrace or similar.
  • Expertise in data collaboration/testing tools such as Data Bowl or similar.
  • Ability to read, understand, and decipher Open standards APIs including JSON, XML, RPC.
  • Can derive API calls from component designs and/or solution designs for functional journeys to work E2E across the platform.
  • Can chain APIs in the right order with possible loopbacks for journeys involving multiple system-components and steps.
  • Experience debugging APIs between system-components at individual attribute level.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, etc.
  • Thrive in environments celebrating co-creation and collaboration.
  • High resilience with ability to manage self, team, and peers in ambiguity or failure.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to be hands-on.
  • Ability to work independently and handle concurrent initiatives.
