About the role, as a Digital Integration Specialist, you will be accountable for project success and responsible for project deliverables on time with quality and within planned costs. You will generate dashboard reports, project status reports, and MIS reports, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

The role involves applying digital integration standards, guidelines, and tools; defining processes for various built activities; constantly reviewing and enhancing processes; and managing attrition. You will guide and mentor teams, arranging necessary training, and conducting performance appraisals.

You will work closely with customers and management teams, ensuring adherence to compliance and best practices. A Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field or equivalent work experience is required. Experience in Agile/Scrum implementation, integration technology like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Java/J2EE technology is an advantage.
