A key role is required to lead a team of professionals in managing projects and ensuring timely delivery. This team is focused on migrating the existing data warehouse to Azure, replacing Teradata.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise-level software release environments, preferably with 5+ years of experience.

Agile expertise and best practices are essential for this position, as well as prior experience working in a Data Analytics organization and/or managing data engineering/data science teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile teams in delivering projects on time
  • Manage cross-functional teams across different geographic locations
  • Ensure seamless communication between teams
  • Implement Agile methodologies and best practices
  • Migrate data warehouse from Teradata to Azure

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Scrum Master in an enterprise-level environment
  • Agile and/or SAFe expertise
  • Prior experience working in a Data Analytics organization
  • Basic SQL skills (MS Access acceptable)
  • Proficient in ADO
  • Experience in Azure cloud preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proactive approach

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Agile certified or SCRUM Certified or SAFE Certified
  • IT Project Manager expertise
  • Working knowledge of MS Azure stack
