Job Description:

As a skilled Frontend Developer with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) expertise, you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging digital experiences. This position demands hands-on experience in building and maintaining responsive web applications using AEM along with modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.

  • Design and maintain frontend components using AEM Sites to provide seamless user interfaces.
  • Integrate AEM with React/Angular to enhance user interfaces and improve overall user experience.
  • Work with AEM templates, components, dialogs, and client libraries to ensure a cohesive development process.
  • Collaborate with backend AEM developers and designers to implement dynamic and responsive web features.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high-quality code through rigorous unit testing and adherence to best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning to optimize the application's efficiency.
  • Support AEM content authors with technical implementation and troubleshooting to facilitate smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience demonstrating relevant skills and knowledge.
  • Proven experience delivering high-quality web applications that meet industry standards.
Mandatory Skills:
  • 3+ years of frontend development experience with React.js or Angular, showcasing expertise in handling complex UI/UX challenges.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript, enabling the creation of robust and scalable front-end solutions.
  • Experience with AEM client libraries, Sightly (HTL), Sling models, and component development to streamline the development process.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON to handle data exchange and manipulation effectively.
  • Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards to ensure a consistent user experience across various platforms.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies to foster collaboration and efficient project delivery.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs and headless CMS to expand the scope of digital experiences.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Target, Analytics, or other Adobe Experience Cloud products to leverage their potential and stay ahead in the industry.
  • Exposure to backend technologies like Java or Python to broaden your skill set and adapt to diverse project requirements.
