About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and strategic thinker who can drive revenue growth by optimizing channel mix, pricing, and promotions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that maximize profit margins and meet business targets.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in category or revenue management and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They should be able to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including operations teams, and external stakeholders, such as hotel owners and managers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute revenue optimization strategies across the hotel portfolio.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution and implement process improvements.
- Lead key revenue projects and work closely with the ground Operations team to ensure successful implementation.
- Work with the central pricing team to enhance pricing algorithm functionality and provide valuable insights for revenue maximization.
- Bridge global and local strategy, sharing best practices and knowledge to drive business results.
- Oversee and deliver a successful Revenue Launch cycle for new hotel assets joining the portfolio.
- Experience in designing and executing projects with measurable outcomes.
- Data orientation with a sound understanding of numbers and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated high ethical values and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in category or revenue management.
- Ability to work in a US shift (6:30pm to 3:30am IST) timing.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
