Dynamic e-commerce organization seeks an Accounting Manager to oversee and streamline accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/accounts receivable, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
  • Manager will prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Accurate GST filings, TDS compliance, and coordination with external auditors are crucial in this role.
  • Monitoring cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting in collaboration with leadership is essential for the success of our business.
  • Vendor and customer account management requires attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Implementing and maintaining internal controls and financial policies is a top priority.
  • Cross-functional teams rely on this role for financial insights to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance (GST, TDS) is required.
  • Proficiency in accounting tools such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, and MS Excel is necessary.
  • Prior experience handling accounting for D2C/e-commerce businesses is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CA Inter or MBA Finance degree is highly desirable.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or D2C accounting roles is ideal.
