Position Overview:

We seek an Influencer Marketing Professional to join our team and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with the brand's goals, target audience, and sales objectives.
  • Research, identify, and build relationships with influencers who align with the brand's values, aesthetics, and audience.
  • Coordinate end-to-end influencer campaigns, from outreach to negotiation, briefing, and content approvals.
  • Work closely with influencers to ensure high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content that showcases our products effectively.
  • Analyze campaign performance, monitor key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions), and prepare detailed reports to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably in fashion or women-related businesses.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer landscape.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for fashion, aesthetics, and storytelling.
