This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Designer based in Delhi, India. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for designing, creating fashion sketches, selecting fabrics, overseeing the production process, and ensuring that all garments meet the company's high standards. The role involves collaborating with other designers, attending fittings, adjusting designs, and following fashion trends to ensure the company's offerings remain stylish and competitive.
Research fashion trends, fabrics, trims, and colors to create mood boards and design directions.
Conceptualize and design seasonal collections aligned with Kelin's brand identity.
Create detailed sketches, CADs, and tech packs for production.
Select fabrics, trims, and embellishments with cost-effectiveness and quality in mind.
Work closely with the production team to ensure design accuracy, quality standards, and timely execution.
Stay updated with global and local fashion trends to keep collections fresh and competitive.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align product design with campaign storytelling.
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Fashion Design or related field.
~1–5 years of experience in apparel/fashion design (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
~ Proficiency in design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or CLO 3D).
~ Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and production techniques.
