Procurement Expertise Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Expertise Analyst to contribute to our organization's procurement management team.

About the Role

  • The Procurement Expertise Analyst will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans for procurement processes, ensuring alignment with category strategies and supply base management.
  • This role requires collaboration with Category Managers to develop enablement strategies and drive catalog deployment for e-Catalogs and maintenance of catalogs.
  • The analyst will analyze quantitative and qualitative information to assess, screen, and select suppliers, ensuring optimal supplier selection and relationship management.
  • This position involves providing guidance and direction regarding SAP Ariba/COUPA transaction processing, including Punch-out Catalogs, Internal CIF, and Non-Catalog purchase orders.
  • The Procurement Expertise Analyst will serve as the primary conduit for P2P Catalog enablement linked to the Client Global Supplier Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic plans for procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with Category Managers on enablement strategies.
  • Analyze information to select suppliers.
  • Provide guidance on SAP Ariba/COUPA transaction processing.
  • Enable P2P Catalogs.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in electronic catalog enablement for procurement.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in partnering with cross-functional key stakeholders across the business.
  • Self-directed, flexible, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
