Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Agile Project Manager to lead software development initiatives and manage the entire Product Development Lifecycle.

  • Lead cross-functional teams in Agile software development initiatives as both Project Manager and Scrum Master.
  • Manage the entire Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) - from requirements gathering to design, development, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Coordinate with distributed teams including Business Analysts, UI/Backend Developers, QA, DevOps, and Support for seamless execution.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Reviews/Demos, and backlog grooming.
  • Deliver projects under Fixed Price and Time & Material (T&M) engagement models with scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide transparent status updates, and align with business goals.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, blockers, and dependencies for delivery momentum.
  • Champion software development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines across teams.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams by understanding high-level architecture and system design.
  • Leverage knowledge of Angular and Node.js to validate technical solutions and support decision-making.

Requirements:

13-16 years of experience in Agile software development and project management.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
