Job Overview

This is a senior leadership position in the service organization, responsible for strategic operations and service leadership. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive service strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive service strategy for mobile robotics, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Oversee all aspects of MR operations, including standard operating procedures for MR onboarding and field operations.
  • Provide expert technical leadership on complex mobile robotics systems, including sensors, actuators, and associated field instrumentation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to foster strong, long-term relationships with high-value MR clients post-deployment.
  • Leverage data to identify inefficiencies and improve processes across delivery, support, and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is an asset).
  • A minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in operations management, industrial maintenance, field service, or a related field, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • A deep understanding of mobile robotics systems and aftermarket product ecosystems.
  • Preferred experience working with MR owners, a product company, or in the automotive industry.
