We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to drive business growth by engaging with potential customers, scheduling virtual sessions, and converting leads into program enrollments through structured inside sales efforts.
- Engage with leads, schedule virtual sessions, and convert them into paying customers.
- Understand customer profiles and provide tailored course recommendations to enhance the learning experience.
- Conduct engagement-driven discussions to onboard students into learning programs, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Manage the entire sales funnel using a CRM system from initial contact to conversion, optimizing sales processes.
- Maintain high-quality sales practices and strong adherence to defined processes, promoting consistency and efficiency.
- Stay updated on course offerings and effectively communicate value propositions to attract new customers.
- Handle objections and effectively close sales in a consultative manner, building long-term relationships.
- Deliver consistent performance in a high-pressure, target-driven environment, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication, convincing, and objection-handling skills to build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong process orientation and a revenue-focused mindset to drive sales growth.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and structured inside sales methodology to optimize sales processes.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow, with a passion for sales and customer success.
