Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Fullstack Product Engineer to develop and deploy cutting-edge AI-powered products.

  • Key Requirements:
    • You make tactical decisions quickly, prioritizing product outcomes over code details.
      • You have hands-on experience building real features or products using Langchain and understanding the LLM ecosystem. Specifically, you've successfully integrated LLMs into live applications.
        • You've designed agentic flows using LLMs and deployed them in production environments.
          • You work seamlessly across Ruby (backend) and React (frontend), eliminating handoffs and silos.
            • You're comfortable making decisions across the tech stack with minimal abstractions, avoiding complex API layers.
              • You've launched at least one AI-powered product, preferably based on LLMs.
                • You thrive in fast-paced environments, taking ownership of end-to-end product development.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own full-stack product development using Ruby and React, collaborating closely with product and design teams.
    • Develop and iterate quickly—days, not weeks.
      • Implement intelligent workflows using Langchain and other LLM frameworks.
        • Avoid bloated API layers and achieve results through smart architecture and direct integration.
          • Launch high-utility features used by thousands of users.

Bonus Skills

  • Prior experience building tools in CRM, SaaS, or automation.
    • Familiarity with agents, vector DBs, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
