Job Title

The Print Production Manager plays a pivotal role in the client's day-to-day print execution, ensuring timely deliverables through effective project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Client expectations and ensure seamless communication
  • Adhere to Client processes and policies for on-time work delivery
  • Provide technical support and guidance to minimize costs
  • Partner with artwork studios and printers to drive quality prints and maintain consistency
  • Offer support during the design phase through artwork review and risk identification
  • Lead conversations with stakeholders regarding color assessments and print work
  • Strong project management skills with emphasis on meeting deadlines and tracking project timelines
  • Manage color standards storage and coordinate logistics with courier services
  • Take initiative and proactively resolve challenges
  • Foster strong relationships across stakeholders
  • Provide on-site, off-site, and printer site support as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of progressive print production experience or equivalent combination of education
  • Client-facing experience and prior experience in Project/Account management
  • Familiarity with Color Management tools
  • Strong knowledge of various print methods (offset, flexo, or gravure)
  • Excellent analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, colleagues, and external clients or vendors
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to details, deadlines, and reporting
  • Occasional travel required (local/international)
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications
