Job Title:

Data Specialist & Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with expertise in image editing, quality assurance, and project management.

This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate projects across teams.

Effective communication with global clients and regional team members is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Retouching: Perform high-quality retouching on e-commerce, fashion, and lifestyle images
  • Quality Assurance: Review and QA final images before client delivery to ensure consistency and quality standards
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with clients, editors, and team leads to manage timelines and project milestones
  • Workflow Management: Track daily workflows and flag potential delays or issues
  • Documentation: Document and enforce retouching SOPs and style guides
  • Training and Development: Provide feedback to junior data specialists as needed
Requirements
  • Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in photo retouching, quality assurance, or project coordination
  • Technical Skills: Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and image editing workflows
  • Languages: Fluent in English
  • Social Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Education: Prior experience in quality assurance or project coordination is a strong asset
