About the Role:

We are looking for a talented individual with 4-5 years of experience in performance and digital marketing, preferably with expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, AMS, and other performance marketing platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns and driving significant ROI growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance-driven digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, programmatic buying, affiliate marketing, and Amazon ecosystem.
  • Lead performance marketing initiatives, allocating and optimizing marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Analyse user behaviour, develop, and implement strategies to increase conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and ensuring seamless alignment with organic search efforts.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing high-budget campaigns and driving significant ROI growth.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, and CRO principles.

Salary: ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a competitive salary package.
