About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Canada Recruitment team as an Account Manager.

This is a unique opportunity to work with top-tier clients in the BFSI sector, focusing on the Montreal region.

As a seasoned Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters, developing and maintaining strong relationships with direct BFSI clients, and overseeing the recruitment process to ensure high-quality candidate placement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of 4-5 recruiters to deliver seamless recruitment solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with direct BFSI clients in the Montreal region, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Oversee the recruitment process to guarantee high-quality candidate placement, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating open communication and addressing their concerns promptly.
  • Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention, driving business growth through effective account management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored recruitment solutions that meet the evolving needs of BFSI clients.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading a team of recruiters, preferably in the BFSI sector.
  • Extensive experience in client handling and relationship management within the BFSI sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the Montreal region's recruitment landscape, including market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple clients remotely, leveraging technology to drive productivity and efficiency.
