Job Title: Visual Designer

A position for a talented Visual Designer to work directly with the Growth & Marketplaces team in developing visual assets according to brand requirements. The ideal candidate should have 1+ years of professional experience, preferably in a D2C brand, and strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

  1. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating visually appealing banners, product images, GIFs, emailers, and creatives for multiple retention campaigns that align with the brand language.
  2. They will drive collaboration with the growth and editorial teams to design creatives for retention and acquisition platforms such as WhatsApp, Google Ads, etc.
  3. The designer will conceptualize new ideas for online campaigns and promotions, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet their respective deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of professional working experience, preferably in a D2C brand.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills and familiarity with tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • A portfolio showcasing these design skills with recent work.
  • Proficiency with a variety of formats, including 2D statics, GIFs, videos, etc.
  • Sensibility for beautiful typography, design systems, and minimalism with attention to details at the forefront.
  • Knowledge of current design trends in D2C brand and marketing.
  • Good time management and ability to multitask and collaborate across teams.
