A Visual Designer at The Papaya Project will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's visual identity and creative storytelling. This role goes beyond just creating graphics—it involves understanding brand aesthetics, consumer engagement, and the psychology of design to craft compelling visuals for marketing, packaging, and digital content.

As a visual designer, you will work closely with marketing, branding, product and content teams to ensure that every visual element aligns with our brand. If you are passionate about skincare, marketing, branding and design, this role is for you. Key ResponsibilitiesCreating and compiling all design items for social media creatives, website visuals, and packaging designs.

Develop brand assets, illustrations, and marketing materials to align with brand guidelines. Support in the creation of advertisements, banners, and digital campaign assets. Work on product packaging and label designs, ensuring compliance with brand identity.

Design all the offline materials for our offline marketing events. Skills & Qualifications2 Years of experience in Visual Design field. Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Strong understanding of colour theory, typography, and composition.
