Graphic Design Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team at Podify. As the in-house Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across various mediums, including social media design elements, website design assets, podcast artwork, YouTube thumbnails, logos, branding assets, and more.

Your primary goal will be to ensure that our digital creative product remains at the forefront of industry standards, delivering exceptional quality and precision with each project. You will need to demonstrate intelligent, creative thinking and apply it to a diverse range of mediums, staying ahead of the curve in terms of digital innovations and competitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to determine innovative design approaches.
  • Develop captivating, high-quality visual designs for podcasts, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
  • Apply design principles to maximize effectiveness and engagement.
  • Present creative design concepts and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Revise and refine existing designs to meet the highest standards.
  • Prepare projects by gathering necessary information and materials.
  • Illustrate concepts through rough layouts and aesthetic considerations.
  • Collaborate with production teams, producers, and project managers to complete projects.
  • Maintain attention to detail and showcase razor-sharp design skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in digital marketing, podcasting, and social media.
  • Protect brand touchpoints and align them with the creative vision.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an agency, design studio, or production company.
  • Proficiency in all software applications for Design.
  • Expertise in Motion Design and Content Production & Creation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing static, animated, and mobile work samples.
  • Experience in the podcast production industry or digital marketing companies is advantageous.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with colleagues and external partners.
