Business Analyst Leader

The Business Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring our platform meets the evolving needs of e-commerce clients.

About This Position

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and lead the delivery and customization of our e-commerce-focused data analytics platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, analytics platforms, and digital marketing concepts, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership:
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our platform implementations and customizations for e-commerce clients.
    • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Business Analysis & Customization:
    • Analyse client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
    • Gather and document client requirements for custom analytics, dashboards, and integrations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with product, engineering, analytics, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Process & Quality Management:
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and manage risks and issues.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:
    • Monitor project performance using analytics and reporting tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in SaaS, data analytics, or e-commerce environments.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce business processes, analytics platforms, and digital marketing concepts.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience implementing or customizing analytics solutions for e-commerce clients.
