  • Develop and implement high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.

  • Manage and mentor junior developers to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and recommend new technologies to improve application performance and scalability.

  • Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality.

  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.

  • Relevant years of experience: 10-15 years.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

  • Able to work in a team environment and demonstrate initiative and attention to detail.

  • Experience in Java, .Net 6, Openshift, Linux scripting.

  • Knowledge of Couchbase, CI/CD Pipeline, and Performance monitoring tools such as Log Insight and APM.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
