Senior Product Analyst Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with Scrum teams to implement vision and strategy for one or more of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth expertise on our supply chain technologies and services solutions.
  • Collaborate with Scrum teams to refine, break down, and transform Epics and User Stories into actionable product backlogs.
  • Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing internal stakeholder requirements and client requests.
  • Serve as liaison between Client Support and Scrum teams.
  • Validate client-reported defects and prioritize them for resolution within required service level agreements.
  • Provide internal product expertise to support other departments and clients implementing and supporting our products.
  • Work with User Experience teams to design and validate usable interfaces and product prototypes.
  • Contribute to knowledge systems that help all employees understand, use, sell, and support our products.
  • Assist Product Managers in developing business cases for initiatives to justify investment decisions.
  • Gather and analyze data to inform product decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience in Agile development environments.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
