Housekeeping Leadership Role

This is a dynamic and challenging position for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor who can ensure the high standard of cleanliness and maintenance in our hotel's bedrooms, bathrooms, and other areas.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain housekeeping standards and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with all housekeeping systems and processes.
  • Effectively hand over shifts and manage the distribution and collection of keys.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls and resolve employee grievances.
  • Coordinate room allocations and inspections.
  • Prioritize arrival rooms and facilitate guest valet services.
  • Liaise with Front Office to meet guest and hotel requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of special projects, such as site rooms and window cleaning.
  • Manage lost property and maintain stock levels in storage areas.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent in Hotel Administration or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in housekeeping, preferably in a similar-sized hotel with supervisory experience.
