Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Implement Sales Strategies – Identify potential corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners to increase occupancy.
- B2B & Corporate Tie-Ups – Build long-term relationships with companies, travel agents, and event organizers to secure bulk bookings.
- Revenue Optimization – Plan promotions and seasonal sales strategies to enhance revenue.
- Market Research – Stay updated with market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Lead Generation & Client Engagement – Drive sales through networking, cold calling, and direct client meetings.
- Contract Negotiations – Handle pricing, contracts, and agreements with corporate clients and partners.
- Collaboration with Marketing & Operations – Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
