#### **Job Summary:**  

Orion Hotels is looking for a **results-driven Hotel Sales Manager** to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, building strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and OTAs, and executing strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in increasing occupancy, revenue, and market share.  

#### **Key Responsibilities:**  

**Sales & Business Development**  

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in **corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions), leisure, and travel trade segments**.  

- Build and maintain strong relationships with **corporate clients, travel agents, OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), and event organizers**.  

- Conduct **sales calls, site inspections, and hotel presentations** to potential clients.  

- Negotiate **corporate contracts, group bookings, and long-stay agreements** to maximize revenue.  

**Revenue Growth & Strategy**  

- Achieve and exceed **sales targets and revenue goals** set by the management.  

- Work closely with the **Revenue Management team** to optimize pricing, occupancy, and yield.  

- Monitor **market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences** to adjust sales strategies accordingly.  

**Marketing & Brand Awareness**  

- Collaborate with the **Marketing team** to create promotional campaigns and special offers.  

- Represent **Orion Hotels** at **industry events, trade fairs, and networking meetings**.  

- Leverage **digital marketing, social media, and email campaigns** to attract new customers.  

**Reporting & Performance Monitoring**  

- Maintain **accurate sales reports, client databases, and revenue forecasts**.  

- Provide weekly/monthly updates to senior management on sales activities and pipeline.  

- Ensure timely follow-ups on client inquiries, bookings, and feedback.  

#### **Qualifications & Skills Required:**  

**Experience:** 3-7 years in hotel sales, corporate sales, or hospitality business development.  

**Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.  

**Industry Knowledge:** Strong understanding of hotel revenue management, corporate contracting, and travel industry dynamics.  

**Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  

**Negotiation Skills:** Ability to close deals, handle objections, and maximize revenue.  

**Networking Ability:** Strong connections with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.  

**Tech Savvy:** Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, IDS, etc.).
