About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Global Claims Manager to join our team in a key location. As a Global Claims Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire claims process, from initial claim submission to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:- Claim Management: Lead a team of claims professionals in managing all aspects of the claims process, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to team members, training them on best practices and procedures for effective claims management.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectations regarding claim resolution.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and completeness of claims documentation.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
