Job Title: Wind Blade Quality Assurance Manager

Our team is seeking a skilled Wind Blade Quality Assurance Manager to ensure the highest standards of product quality and compliance with industry regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to meet corporate and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Lead audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
  • Analyze data and metrics to drive business decisions and improve performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 15-20 years of experience in quality assurance management, preferably in the wind blade manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
