We are currently seeking a highly skilled Cinema Operations Manager to lead our cinema team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of theatre operations, including staff management and customer service.
  • Ensure an outstanding movie-going experience while achieving business targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
  1. Bachelor's or Post-graduate degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a similar field is preferred.
  2. MBA or Diploma in Hospitality/Operations Management is a plus.
  3. Prior experience working with cinema chains is mandatory.
Skills Required:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Knowledge of cinema management systems (POS, ticketing, scheduling software).
  • Basic understanding of projection and AV systems is an advantage.
