Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases with precision and care.
- Oversee and perform dialysis and hemodialysis procedures effectively.
- Provide pre- and post-kidney transplant care in collaboration with transplant teams, ensuring seamless treatment outcomes.
- Conduct patient consultations, follow-ups, and long-term disease management with empathy and professionalism.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal healthcare results.
- Participate in hospital CMEs, clinical audits, and quality improvement programs to enhance professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
- MBBS from a recognized medical college is mandatory.
- MD (General Medicine) followed by DM (Nephrology) or equivalent DNB (Nephrology) from an NMC-recognized institute is mandatory.
- Proven clinical expertise in dialysis, hemodialysis, and transplant nephrology is essential.
- Strong diagnostic, clinical, and patient management skills are required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach are necessary.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary hospital environment is expected.
- Previous experience in a tertiary care hospital is preferred, but fresh DM/DNB graduates may also apply.
