As a Data Scientist - AI/ML Model Developer at fifthnote - Ensemble Health Partners Company, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI/ML models to solve business problems related to Revenue Cycle operations for US-based healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and prioritize opportunities to leverage AI and predictive modeling, working closely with Product Management.
  • Develop strong understanding of business problems from domain experts and create predictive models using Python/R.
  • Work with large volumes of data, extracting and manipulating large datasets using standard tools such as Python, R, H2O, Hadoop, and SQL.
  • Develop and test multiple model approaches and refine winning versions.
  • Develop NLP models to enhance data extraction capability.
  • Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed.
  • Follow coding best practices, documentation, implementation guidelines, and process.
  • Communicate complex concepts and results of models and analyses to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of databases, schemas, and data extraction from finance/accounting systems.
  • Experience working in agile development methodologies, including developing Epics, Features, and Stories and refining the backlog for the team.
  • Good sense of prioritization and time management.
  • Ability to make effective independent decisions.
