Interior Design Collaborator

As an Interior Design Collaborator, you will be involved in assisting the Senior Designer in various aspects of interior design projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Attending design discussions with clients and taking minutes to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and timelines.
  • Coordinating project milestones to guarantee timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Assisting the Senior Designer in 3D designs using Space Craft and Sketchup, providing recommendations for enhancements and serving as a sounding board for ideas.
  • Maintaining file management across Home Lane systems.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Supporting the creation of commercial proposals using Space Craft and other quoting tools.
  • Validating quotes to provide transparent and fair estimates for customers.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve great design outcomes.
  • Developing relationships with teams such as sales, drawing QC, project management, and planners.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Design (BArch, BDes, or Diploma in Design).
  • At least 0-1 year of experience in interior design or architecture.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of modular furniture.
  • Familiarity with Sketchup.
  • A positive attitude.
