Role Summary:

This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for a highly creative and organized individual to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Designer & Marketer, you will be responsible for creating engaging digital content and executing marketing strategies across various platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, visual storytelling capabilities, and ability to adapt designs to different platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

  • We are looking for someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn, with excellent written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities include designing compelling static graphics, carousels, and engaging visuals for social media platforms, writing concise and compelling copy for social media captions and email campaigns, producing and editing short-form content, ads, longer videos, and AI-generated videos using various editing software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Content Design:
    • Create engaging static graphics, carousels, and visuals for social media platforms.
    • Design compelling ad creatives, banners, and infographics.
  • Digital Marketing Execution:
    • Manage and schedule content across social media platforms.
    • Engage with online communities, respond to comments/DMs, and monitor digital trends.
  • Varied Project Exposure:
    • Work with diverse brands across different industries and marketing objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Essential Design & Creativity Skills:
    • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator is mandatory.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design, visual storytelling, and content creation capabilities.
  • Organizational & Execution Skills:
    • Highly organized, meticulous, disciplined, with strong attention to detail.
    • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and Excel for planning and organization.
  • Experience & Mindset:
    • 0-1 year of professional experience welcomed, including fresh graduates or experienced and trained stay-at-home parents, with strong portfolios and relevant internship/project experience.
