About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for driving client growth through strategic planning and execution of paid ad campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high return on ad spend (ROAS) and scaling campaigns profitably. They should be able to take full ownership of client accounts, communicate effectively with clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and implement paid ad strategies across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other channels to drive client growth and revenue.
- Client Communication and Ownership: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely reports, insights, and strategic guidance to support their business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative and Shopify teams to align campaigns with client objectives and deliver results-driven solutions.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC, LTV) to ensure maximum ROI.
- Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, tools, and methodologies in performance marketing to inform strategy and improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (Meta, Google required; Snapchat is a bonus)
- Strong communication and client-facing skills – ability to explain data and strategy clearly
- Proven track record of delivering ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably
- High-ownership mindset – taking initiative and ensuring results
- Ability to guide clients strategically, not just execute ads
- Respect for deadlines, processes, and others' time
