**Transmission Line Maintenance Expert**

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Transmission Line Maintenance Engineer to join our team at DCS Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our electrical transmission lines, ensuring safe and reliable power delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections of transmission lines to identify and address potential issues, such as wear and tear, corrosion, and structural damage.
  • Develop maintenance plans and schedules for transmission line components, ensuring that preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are carried out efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems affecting transmission line components, including transformers, insulators, conductors, and substation equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines to minimize risks to personnel and the public during maintenance activities.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspection findings, and equipment conditions.
  • Generate reports for management and regulatory authorities as required.
